Performance advantages

purpose
Used in steam heating equipment and condensate recovery system and the working conditions that need to remove condensate quickly, condensate can be automatically, rapidly and continuously removed, effectively prevent steam leakage, and obtain the best heating effect.
Working principle
The valve uses the buoyancy principle, float according to the amount of condensate with the water level changes in the rise and fall, automatically adjust the opening of the valve seat hole, continuous discharge of condensate. When condensation water stops entering, the floating ball descends to the bottom by self weight and closes the drain valve seat hole. Because the drainage valve seat hole is below the condensation water level, the water vapor separates naturally, forming a water seal, to achieve no steam leakage.
Use and maintenance
1, we should confirm that the maximum material, pressure and temperature of the valve body can meet the requirements of the working condition.
2, before installation, the pipeline must be cleaned and debris removed.
3, installation position should be as close as possible to heating equipment.
4, should be installed at the lowest point of the pipeline, and the direction of flow is consistent with the direction marked on the valve body.
5, each heating equipment should install traps separately, so as not to affect each other.
6. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, slowly open the trap money valve to gradually warm up to the normal state.
