DS/J61H-25, DS/J61H-40, DS/J61H-63 type water seal globe valves are suitable for cutting off or connecting the medium in the pipeline of the return water condensing system of thermal power plants with nominal pressure PN2.5-6.4 MPa and working temperature 0-450 C and the system pipeline of petroleum and chemical requirements and air isolation.
Product features of water seal globe valves
1, the product is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB12235, with novel structure, reasonable material selection and beautiful appearance. The connection ends are flanged and welded, and can be configured according to the different requirements of users.
2. The packing box is designed as a water-sealed structure with 0.6-1.6 Mpa water filler. It has small friction and good sealing. It can isolate the whole system from the atmosphere and ensure good air tightness.
3. The valve stem is quenched and tempered and nitriding on surface. It has good corrosiveness and abrasion resistance.
4. Compact structure, flexible operation, convenient maintenance and long service life.
5. Inverted seal is made of stainless steel thread connection seal seat or body surfacing austenitic stainless steel, and the inverted seal is reliable. Packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without stopping. It is convenient and quick, and does not affect the operation of the system.
