FJ41 type PN16~PN160 throttle cut-off valve is widely used as closed circuit device in oil, natural gas, gas, liquefied petroleum gas and pipelines of oil refining, airport, chemical industry, oil and gas storage and transportation.

Features of throttle stop valve

1. The valve is a new type of throttling, cut-off and emptying product. The valve uses cage-shaped labyrinth to throttle. It has the characteristics of multi-stage throttling effect, obvious throttling effect, reliable sealing and convenient operation and maintenance.

2. The valve adopts double seal (hard and soft seal) to make the seal reliable, the carbide cover can be more resistant to air erosion and wear resistance, and the double seal can achieve zero leakage under the condition of high pressure gas medium. Long service life of valves

3. The sealing surface of the valve seat is taper sealed, which is good for the valve itself to clean the dirt attached to the sealing surface.

4. The valve disc is equipped with a balancing hole and a piston seal, which ensures stable operation under the condition of opening/closing full differential pressure, easy opening and flexible opening and small opening/closing torque.

5. The throttle cut-off valve and the double-acting throttle valve have the function of throttle and cut-off (sealing is zero leakage) at the same time, the throttle part is separated from the sealing surface, so as to reduce the erosion of the airflow to the seal.

6. Dual-acting throttle globe valve also has multi-stage throttle function, throttle pressure difference is large, can be applied to high pressure throttle and cut-off.

7, the packing uses the V shape packing structure with the self sealing ability, does not need to adjust, opens and closes extremely lightly. There is an auxiliary seal oil injection structure in the stuffing box, which ensures reliable sealing performance of the valve packing.
