Characteristics and working principle
F43X manual sector glasses valve consists of left valve body, right valve body, middle valve body and connecting screw rod (San Gen). Installation notes
When the manual sector valve is opened, the left and right valve body should have 16-20mm axial displacement. Therefore, the pipeline should also have the elastic deformation or displacement to meet the above displacement in the process of valve opening and closing. It is recommended to install the pipeline in the following form. The installation position of the fan-shaped glasses valve is not prescribed under the condition that the external force of the pipe does not act on the valve.
Operation methods and matters needing attention
1. Use the wrench to turn three connecting screw counterclockwise in turn, so that the valve body and the gate are separated and balanced, with an appropriate amount of clearance (about 16 mm). After confirmation, the gate is rotated to the working position, and the screw is connected by reverse rotation, so that the gate is in close contact with the valve body to achieve the purpose of absolute sealing.
2. The rubber sealing ring must not be adhered to the valve body or hard friction, in order to prevent damage to the rubber sealing ring, damaging the working performance of the valve.
3. When the left and right valve bodies are loosened, the medium will overflow. To ensure safety, the gas butterfly valve in front of the glasses valve should be closed, and ventilation and other measures should be taken to ensure safety.
