BX43W / BX44W asphalt special plug valve opening and closing parts (cone plug or ball) revolving around its own center line plug valve with through-hole plug as the opening and closing parts, through the plug and stem rotation to achieve the opening and closing action of the valve. Asphalt valves are simple in structure, quick in opening and closing, low in fluid resistance. Characteristic
1. The inlet and outlet window of the valve body is designed as a double-channel groove seal ring structure. During the rotation of the plug, the sealing pressure between the sealing pairs changes gradually until it reaches the full-open or full-closed position, enough sealing pressure is produced, and the sealing pair reaches zero leakage.
2. Double groove sealing ring can not only make PTFE bushing stable in the valve body without displacement, but also absorb the micro-deformation caused by the change of temperature difference. At the same time, the bushing and the cock have a strong wiping effect, and improve the service life of the sealing surface.
