Working principle

When the valve is fully open, the plug channel aligns with the valve body channel to ensure the desired minimum pressure drop.

When the hand wheel is rotated, the plug will rotate in the direction of the valve and drive the valve disc to rotate 90 degrees. When the hand wheel continues to rotate, the plug will press down so that the valve opens to both sides and the disc will press tightly against the seat to close the valve.

When the handwheel rotates in the opposite direction, first move the plug upward, so that the valve disc is detached from the seat, continue to rotate the handwheel, so that the plug drives the valve disc to rotate 90 degrees, and finally the plug channel is aligned with the valve body channel, so that the valve is in a fully open state.

The advantage of the valve is that in the process of opening, the valve disc and the valve seat are in a state of detachment, the process of switch is zero friction, will not make the sealing surface wear, and the seal adopts soft seal, so that the seal is zero leakage when closed.
