ZZWPE self-operated electronic temperature control valve (suitable for large caliber and heat conducting oil control), the greatest feature of the valve is the use of ordinary 220V power supply, the use of the energy of the regulated medium itself, directly to steam, hot water, hot oil and gas and other media temperature automatic regulation and control, can also be used to prevent overheating or heat exchange occasions. Structural principle of self controlled electrically controlled temperature control valve

The control valve is composed of main valve, intelligent actuator and sensor. According to the needs of users, it has two kinds of structure: heating type and cooling type.

1. the structure and principle of the heating control valve are shown in the following illustration:

Before working, the main spool is in half open position, and the sensor is in a natural state. Connect the power supply, the main spool is fully open. The medium flows into the main valve body from the arrow direction, and the heat storage box is heated by the valve core. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor generates the corresponding linear signal input integrated intelligent actuator, and then drives the stem and spool to produce displacement, closes the main spool and stops heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input actuator, driving the valve core gradually open, so that the medium according to the parabolic characteristics into the heat storage tank, heating until the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range so as to achieve the purpose of temperature control.
