ZDLS electronic high-pressure electric angle regulator consists of PS series and 3610 series straight-stroke electric actuator and low flow resistance through single-seat valve. The electric actuator is an electronic integrated structure with servo amplifier, input control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and power supply can control the valve opening to adjust the pressure, flow, liquid level, temperature and other parameters. It has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large volume, small volume and high adjustment precision. Angular high pressure regulating valve is a product developed to solve the problems of short service life, easy fracture of valve stem and easy shedding of bushing under the condition of high pressure or high pressure difference, serious cavitation and erosion. It uses multi-stage throttling to distribute the pressure difference, reduces cavitation, erosion, deflection damage, greatly improves the service life of the control valve, especially in the urea system than ordinary high-pressure valve life increased by 2-3 times. The valve body is rectangular, the valve core is single-directional structure, the valve body flow path is simple, the resistance is small, especially suitable for high viscosity, containing suspended solids and granular medium fluid regulation, can avoid coking, adhesion, plugging.
