Structure principle
This valve is a diaphragm type pilot solenoid valve with a diameter of 15-100 and a diameter of 125-300. The valve is a pilot solenoid valve with a diameter of 125-300. According to the different state of switch in power failure, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve. Normally closed solenoid valve, when in normal position, movable iron core sealed the secondary valve port, valve chamber pressure balance, secondary valve, main valve port closed. When the coil is electrified, electromagnetic force is produced: the movable iron core is sucked up, the secondary valve is opened, the medium self-guiding valve in the main valve chamber is outside, so that the pressure difference between the top and bottom of the main valve cup is produced, the diaphragm or the valve cup is quickly lifted up and opened, and the valve is in a channel state.
When the coil is cut off, the magnetic field disappears, the movable iron core is reset, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and then the pressure in the auxiliary valve and the main valve cup rises, the main valve cup is pressed to the valve seat, and the valve is closed again.
Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is electrified, magnetic force is generated, armature moves down under the action of magnetic force, pushing the secondary valve cup down, the secondary valve closes, with the main valve cup up and down pressure difference tends to be equal, the main valve cup from gravity pressure to the sealing surface, the valve closes. When the coil is cut off, the magnetic force is zero, the armature Qi sub-valve cup rises due to the spring action, the sub-valve opens, the medium in the main valve cup flows away through the sub-valve, and the pressure drops. When the pressure drops to a certain value, the main valve cup rises up and down pressure differential effect, the main valve opens, the valve opens.
