The ZCZP universal solenoid valve is suitable for executing the temperature automatic control with steam as heating medium. It can be used for automatic control and remote control of steam pipes of steam heaters, radiators, dryers and other steam equipments, as well as all kinds of automatic temperature controllers, steam shaping machines, steam engines, steam humidifiers and other complete sets of equipment. Automatic control system widely used in dyeing, textile, printing and dyeing, food, medicine, cigarettes, cement products, petrochemical, metallurgy and other departments

Structural characteristics

1. Heat Resistance: Special high-temperature resisting electrical materials and sealing materials are used in electromagnetic parts and sealing parts, and various heat insulation measures are applied.

2. Wear-resistant: Material selection is reasonable, the valve cup and guide sleeve skillfully use the fluid lubrication, reduce wear.

3. Condensation resistance: condensate water in steam pipeline is an important factor affecting the operation of steam solenoid valve, the valve is not affected by condensate water.

Structure principle

This valve is a pilot type two solenoid valve which is composed of two main parts, the secondary valve and the main valve. The main valve is controlled by the opening and closing of the vice valve. According to the different state of switch in power failure, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve. Normally closed solenoid valve, in the section point constant position, the secondary valve is closed, the main valve is open circuit, when the electrical signal into the guide valve coil, the movable iron core by electromagnetic force suction open the secondary valve port, the main valve cup pressure guide speed disappears, the medium pressure will be the main valve cup support, open the main valve, the working medium can flow. But when the signal disappears, the movable iron core resets, closes the secondary valve port, and the working medium enters the valve from the balance hole. When the pressure tends to balance, the valve cup moves down by the main valve spring, the weight of the valve cup and the pressure of the medium, and the valve has a closed state. Normally open solenoid valve, when the power is cut off regularly, there is spring action, the vice valve port opens, and the main valve flows. When the signal enters the secondary valve coil, the movable iron core should be sucked down by electromagnetic force. When the pressure tends to balance, the valve cup moves down by the main valve spring, the cup weight and the medium pressure, and the valve is closed. When the main valve is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the secondary valve is opened, the pressure in the main valve cup disappears rapidly, the medium pressure will be on the main valve cup holder, open the main valve port, medium flow, the valve is open.
