The internal thread plunger valve is composed of a valve body, a valve cover, a valve stem, a plunger, a handwheel and other components. When rotating the handwheel, the plunger is driven by the stem to move up and down between the two sealing rings to complete the opening and closing of the valve. Internal threaded plunger valve is made of a new type of non-metallic material (PTFE) for sealing ring. It has the property of enduring long-term high temperature and pressure without losing elasticity. The contact area between the plunger and the sealing ring is large. Moreover, the sealing ring system has good performance of mixed material. Therefore, the sealing is reliable and durable.
Internal threaded plunger valves are suitable for metallurgical, fire fighting, chemical, construction, chemical fertilizer, light industry and other industries, the pressure is 1.6-4.0 Mpa, below 250 degrees centigrade water, gas, oil and other media pipelines.
