HF-4-3 acetylene flame arrester is reasonable in structure, light in weight and corrosion resistant. Easy to overhaul and easy to install. The core of the flame arrester is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. It is suitable for the storage and filling of flammable gas pipelines, such as gasoline, kerosene, light diesel oil, cumbersome, methyl benzene, crude oil and other oil products, torch system, gas purification and ventilation system, gas analysis system, coal mine gas emission system, heating furnace fuel gas pipeline network, also can be used in acetylene, oxygen, nitrogen, natural gas pipeline supplies.
Acetylene flame arresters are suitable for pipelines with flash points lower than 28 C Class A, oils, oxyhydrogen liquefaction and flash points lower than 60 C.
The flame arrester is used on the gas pipeline of the heating furnace. It should be installed on the fuel oxygen pipeline where oxygen is entered into the nozzle to prevent fire. When the nozzle tempers, the metal mesh and the wall effect of the check valve in the flame arrester are transformed into heat energy to extinguish the flame and prevent the risk of explosion in the fuel oxygen pipeline caused by tempering.
