The ZCM natural gas solenoid valve has the characteristics of simple structure, large flow rate, long life, safety and reliability. It is suitable for two-position on-off switching of heating and burning medium pipeline of city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and so on. It is widely used in textile industry, printing and dyeing industry, gas thermosetting, glass, light bulb industry, kiln heating and other industries.
Structure and principle
This valve is a direct acting low pressure solenoid valve with one time opening valve. The valve port gasket, which controls the dielectric breakage, is directly connected with the movable iron core through the stem.
According to the different switching state when power is off, it can be divided into normal closed solenoid valve and normal open solenoid valve. Normally closed solenoid valve, when power is off, the valve mouth is sealed by armature weight, sealing spring and medium pressure, and the flow channel of controlled medium is cut off.
After the solenoid coil is electrified, the solenoid valve overcomes the effect of the armature weight, the sealing spring and the medium pressure, sucks the movable iron core together with the valve mouth seal gasket, opens the valve mouth, and the controlled medium can flow.
Normally open solenoid valve power off, the electromagnetic suction is equal to zero, under the action of the spring to move the core, stem up, valve open, medium flow. When energized, the core is moved down due to the suction action, and the valve stem is pushed, the valve is closed, and the medium is stopped.
