The F43X-10 double-sealed self-purification water seal valve is mainly used in the overflow pipeline of the clear storage tank. It can prevent the odor from entering the clear water tank because of the water seal in the valve. It can prevent the sewage from flowing back into the clear water tank when the water level of the rain sewage pipe increases due to heavy rain or blockage of the sewer.
The valve has the advantages of simple structure, smooth overflow, double water sealing, preventing odor and sewage recharge, reliable performance and good effect, and the impurities brought by the sewage recharge do not affect the sealing performance.
Working principle
F43X-1.0T anti-backwater sealing valve is mainly composed of valve body with water storage curve and floating ball cover plate assembly. The cover plate with floating ball is on the sealing seat of the valve body. The valve cavity is divided into two parts, the inner cavity is water part, and the outer cavity is through drainage pipe. When the inner cavity is filled with water, the pressure of the cover plate decreases due to the floating ball action in the inner cavity. It is easy to turn on the flow. After the overflow stops, the cover plate can be reset in vain. The valve seat can be tightly sealed, thereby strictly blocking odor and sewage recharge. If the inlet float valve of the pool closes well, does not overflow for several years, and the valve chamber is waterless, the float can increase the weight of the cover plate, better cover the valve seat, also can strictly prevent odor and prevent rain and sewage from backfilling the pool. If the sewage enters the valve body cavity, the debris can only adhere to the outer surface of the cover plate without affecting the cover plate seal seat. Therefore, the anti reverse valve is reliable and has good effect and is not easy to break down. And when there are sundries settling, the overflow valve can automatically rush out of the valve body next time.
