The YG13H/Y and YG43H/Y high sensitivity steam pressure reducing valves belong to the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve. It consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. By adjusting the spring pressure, setting the outlet pressure, using the diaphragm to sense the change of outlet pressure, and driving the piston through the pilot valve to adjust the throttle area of the main valve, the function of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure is realized. On the basis of ordinary pressure reducing valve, the high sensitivity steam pressure reducing valve has made the following improvements: enlarging the piston area, changing the throttle structure, changing the sealing form, improving the guide valve structure and regulating spring form, thus improving the performance of the product from the following aspects.
