Elastic seating gate valve is also called soft sealing gate valve. Elastic seating gate valve adopts non-cavity structure. Epoxy resin is sprayed on the inner and outer surface of valve body cover and rubber is coated on the surface of gate plate. This fundamentally prevents the possibility of corrosion. The "O" sealing ring is used instead of filler in the stem seal to make bees more reliable. According to the requirement, the gate valve can be operated by operating lever, handwheel, electric and pneumatic.
Structural characteristics
1. Integral cover concealed rod design, compact structure; stem nut and gate two-body structure, no stuck phenomenon; straight passage, no leakage cavity; stem seal using "O" ring.
2. Excellent anticorrosion performance. Epoxy resin is sprayed on the inner and outer surfaces of the shell, enameled on the inner surface when needed; hexagonal bolts are used for connecting bolts, and the top seals are sealed.
3. Reliable hygienic epoxy resin meets the hygienic standard GB/T17219-1998, the gate is covered with hygienic inspection rubber; Stem, stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze which is not corroded by water.
